The Board of Directors The Charles Owor Foundation is a non-profit and a non political federal registered organization who's vision and mission is to continue the legacy of Charles Owor by promoting the image and courage that Charles displayed as a Lawyer/Politician, Christian leader, Educator and an unsung Ugandan hero.
