The Service in the UK Condolences Back to Memorial/Tributes NON-PERFORMING ASSETS RECOVERY TRUST (NPART) 14th August 2000 To the bereaved family of the late Charles Owor Condolence Message The Board of Trustees and staff of the Non-Performing Assets Recovery Trust (NPART) receive with great shock the sudden demise of their board member, the late Charles Owor. Charles Owor has been a Trustee of the Non-performing Assets Recovery Trust since February 1998. At the time of his death, Charles was serving his second successive term. Dear mourners you will agree with me that it is very rare for Board Members to be re-appointed. This shows how valuable Charles was to the running of the Trust. Charles has been a very committed Board Member serving on the Board's Legal and Personnel Committees. During his deliberations Charles always exhibited a high degree of understanding, level headedness and impartiality - attributes that would be greatly missed. Our sincerely condolences to the widow, the children and relatives. May his soul rest in internal peace. The Trust has made a humble contribution of Ushs. 300,000/= toward funeral arrangements.
