The Bereaved Family of the late Charles Owor
Condolence Message
The Electoral Commission has learnt with profound shock and sorrow of the sad news of the untimely death of Mr. Charles Owor.
We in the Electoral Commission remember the late Charles Owor as a hardworking and dedicated public officer for the period he served as a Commissioner in the Interim Electoral Commission between 1995 and 1996. He was a guiding factor and contributed greatly to the success of the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections in 1996. He was calm and pleasant to work with.
Death has robbed the nation of a young and resourceful person.
The Commission wishes to extend its deepest and most heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the widow, family, friends and colleagues of the deceased upon this irreparable loss. We pray that the Almighty give you courage and strength to go through this trying moment of bereavement. The Commission has made a contribution of Ushs. 200,00/= towards funeral expenses.
May the Almighty God rest his Soul in Eternal Peace.
