To the bereaved family of the Late Charles Owor, former member of C.A. for Aswa and Commissioner of the Uganda Interim Electoral Commission.
From The Resident District Commissioner Gulu on Behalf of the entire people who love and promote peace Message of Deep Condolence:
With deep and heart felt sorrow, I convey my sincere condolence for the untimely, sad and unfortunate death of yet another great son of Acholi, in the person of the late Charles Owor. He was a humble loving man, hard working, courageous in decision making. He remains in the minds of Acholi, a person who promotes unity among people. Mr. Charles Owor has died young while his services are still very much required by Acholi and the entire community of Uganda.
Let us emulate his example of good and courageous leadership.
Please accept our condolence.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
