Mission

Aside from his work as a Lawyer, Politician and Businessman, Charles was involved in so many viable non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and other concerns that we, his family felt that it would be necessary to continue some of his work.
We also feel that it would be appropriate to support other organisations that are committed to the development and/or humanitarian work among the Ugandan people.
Our mission therefore is to model and continue with the legacy of Charles Owor in order to achieve social, educational, economical and civic development of Ugandan people.

Vision

Charles Owor Foundation has developed committed Ugandan leaders and enhanced social, economical, and civic lives of all Ugandan people.
